Q：What standards do your surge arresters follow?

A：Our surge arresters are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60099-4 standard, and we can provide relevant test certificates for your project inspection.

Q：What voltage classes of surge arresters can you supply?

A：We cover 6kV ~ 330kV voltage grades, including indoor and outdoor types for power grid, substation, solar power and wind power projects.

Q：Can I customize surge arresters for my special project?

A：Yes. Customization on structure, marking, installation size and packaging is available. Just send us your technical specification or drawing.

Q：What is your delivery lead time?

A：Normally 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. It depends on order quantity and customized requirements.

Q：What payment terms do you accept?

A：We accept 30% deposit and the balance 70% before shipment. Other negotiable terms can be discussed for large long-term orders.
