Q：Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A：We are a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, production and export of power transmission and distribution equipment. We have our own factory bases and support OEM & ODM customization for insulators and other power products.

Q：What standards do your insulators comply with?

A：Our insulators are produced according to IEC 60815 standard, and test reports and certificates can be offered for your project approval.

Q：What types of insulators can you supply?

A：We supply silicone rubber, porcelain and glass insulators, including suspension type, post type and pin type from 6kV to 330kV.

Q：Can you make customized insulators?

A：Yes. Customization on structure, dimension, marking and packaging is acceptable. Please send us your technical drawings or specifications.

Q：What is your delivery lead time?

A：Normally 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. It depends on order quantity and customized requirements.

Q：What payment terms do you accept?

A：We accept 30% deposit and the balance 70% before shipment. Other negotiable terms can be discussed for large long-term orders.
