Q：Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A：We are a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, production and export of power transmission and distribution equipment. We have our own factory bases and support OEM & ODM customization for distribution cabinets and other power products.

Q：What standards do your distribution cabinets follow?

A：Our distribution cabinets are manufactured according to IEC 60439 standard, test reports and certificates can be supplied for project approval.

Q：What voltage levels and protection grades are available?

A：We provide 0.4kV ~ 35kV cabinets, IP protection grade and inner electrical scheme can be customized.

Q：Can you make fully customized cabinets with customer’s drawing?

A：Yes. We customize cabinet size, material, layout, busbar and component configuration as your drawings and requirements.

Q：What is your delivery lead time?

A：Normally 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. It depends on order quantity and customized requirements.

Q：What payment terms do you accept?

A：We accept 30% deposit and the balance 70% before shipment. Other negotiable terms can be discussed for large long-term orders.
